We're expecting a baby girl soon and we like Lily and Lizzy. I think they're okay, but do you think they're too similar or do you like them?

It fits together really well.
I just have a personal issue with the name Lizzy, but that's not important, of course -

Lizzy and Lily sound super sweet and lovely together
we all find something different beautiful, right? 
Lissie has a completely different sound and I don't find it nice at all 
but it's all about taste 
Personally, I'd stick to my choice no matter what others think! Good luck with the final touches
