Week before and week after, pink discharge

Hi everyone!
Stopped using the Nuva Ring 7 months ago. The first 2 months had a 30-day cycle. The following 6 months had a regular (long) cycle of 36/37 days.
A week before my period, I had some pink discharge when wiping. Now I'm 8 days late... No positive pregnancy test and again white/pink discharge. My urine also smells very strong. Besides that, things feel a bit messy in my tummy, but otherwise I don't have any discomfort.
I'm curious if there are other women who have experienced this? We've only really been trying to conceive since last month, so it would obviously be quite special if it happened right away. If this persists, I'll give the doctor a call. The pregnancy test is negative, but I still haven't gotten my period. Is my body still out of whack from coming off the pill after 7 months??

No bladder infection? Because you mention that your urine also smells strong. You can have a bladder infection even without pain symptoms. -

No, it's not a bladder infection. A bladder infection shouldn't affect your period either... -

It wasn't about whether it had an impact. You can have a bladder infection in addition to having an irregular or late cycle. -

It can take 9 months to a year to conceive. I hope you're already pregnant! -

Yeah, I know that "coming off the pill" can take up to a year. I'm just surprised that after 6 months of regularity, it can suddenly become irregular. The only thing I can do is wait and see, but I'm curious if other women have experienced the same symptoms :- $
