    1) Liam or Joël
    2) Jay

    But any name works. Follow your gut!

    Thanks for your replies! We still haven't made up our minds. It's either Liam or Niek. Liam was my name for years, but we're worried about mispronunciation and think it's a pity that it's been in the top 20 recently. We like Niek, but we're also afraid of confusion with Nick and it might seem a bit old-fashioned...

    Niek! Such a beautiful, strong name! I hear Liam a lot and with different pronunciations. With Niek, there's no doubt about the pronunciation!

    If Liam has been your name for years, I'd just go for it. Otherwise, you might regret it later!

    Thanks everyone for your replies. Liam has indeed been our name for a while now, but we find it quite popular and with several possible pronunciations. That makes it tricky. We'll think about it a bit more.
