Tips for patience with testing??

Hi everyone!!

It's been quite a while, and after a few miscarriages, I hold onto hope every month, balancing calm and restlessness, letting go and focusing.
It varies from moment to moment, but on some days, I really want to test despite knowing better. Does anyone have tips on how to handle this better? How do you manage to hold out and not test too soon?

    Hi!
Looking for distractions. Doing fun things. This applies not just right before the due date, but the whole month. You're more likely to be pregnant if you're not obsessed with it... that actually causes stress.

Yeah, I know that too, but it’s so hard sometimes... I don’t have any tests at home right now, so I can’t do it either, but I keep thinking about it and that’s so annoying!!

    Hey!
I could never really do that either... wait until my period. With the result that every month I tested too early. Negative result, of course, and then feeling really disappointed. Then I'd hold on to hope, test again when my period was due, and then get my period the next day. Until the last time, of course, because now I'm 40w1.
What I did at one point was allow myself to take one early test if I really couldn't resist the temptation, and then wait until after my period. Because it's almost like an addiction. After a few months, I could wait until my period or even a day after... and guess what? I was pregnant!
Stay strong with it because it's indeed not easy. Letting go is easier said than done.
