Charlie Charlotte help!

Help! I don't know anymore...
We're having a daughter.
I think Charlotte is beautiful. My husband thinks Charlie is beautiful.
Now we want to officially name her Charlotte. So that when she's an adult, she can also be addressed by that name.
But Charlie should also be used. But how do I do that officially?
Do we have to give her 2 names at birth? And which one should come first? Or do we register her as Charlotte. And then add nickname Charlie on the birth announcement.

Ahhh do you have any tips!

I’d put something like this on the birth announcement: Our daughter Charlotte was born. We call her Charlie. (Or at least emphasize Charlie in the size of the letters or on the front anyway).
And then register her as Charlotte with the municipality. And on school registration forms and such, mention that her nickname is Charlie.

Charlie and Charlotte, both as official names, would that work?
