Frustrating!! We're now in round 6. And this time a week overdue!
With 4 days overdue I tested, but negative. Since yesterday I suddenly have a few drops of brown discharge. Mega cramps (which I never have otherwise) and sore breasts. Period is still absent, but I feel unsure because of the brown discharge. I'm now 8 days overdue.. Anyone who also had brown discharge and was still pregnant?

Got a positive test today! It even showed a clear plus sign right away. But I'm still seeing brown spots when I wipe. It's been very light all day, but still... Will this go away on its own? Or is this the start of a miscarriage? -

Brown discharge is (often) not a bad thing. Cramps in the early stages of pregnancy are also normal; you only need to worry if you have cramps along with bright red bleeding (and even that doesn't mean everything is wrong).
If I were you, I'd look for a nice midwife today and call to book an appointment right away. Make sure to mention that the brown discharge is worrying you—maybe you can come in sooner for an ultrasound and get reassured.
