Eefke or Eefje

Hi everyone,

I think the name Eefke is really beautiful. But when I Google it, Eefje comes up. What do you all think is the prettier name?

    I'd just go with Eef. It's nicer when she's an adult. And you can always shorten it to Eefje or Eefke in everyday speech.

    I think Eefke is more beautiful. By the way, I also know an Eefke, so it's not like it doesn't occur at all. I think more in the north of the country?
    I personally don't find girl names with a diminutive (Maartje, Eefje, Froukje) beautiful. Especially not when they grow up. Besides, you don't know what kind of daughter you'll get and maybe such a 'girly name' doesn't fit as well.
    Eefke is feminine and strong. I'd stick with your first preference!
