Leo or Noah

We're debating between the names below.
Both have pros and cons.
(I'd rather not specify exactly what they are yet, to avoid influencing your opinions in advance.)
What would you choose (and why?)

    I think Leo is nicer, but I guess Noah is more accepted now, like in 2016/2017 Leo is a bit more old-fashioned in that regard.

    My son has been named Noah for 5 years now. A strong name that was originally also for boys. Although I think Noa is nice for a girl too.

    Noah, I want that one. Leo feels a bit more stuffy to me.
