Baptismal name

Hi everyone,

We've already come up with a lovely nickname: Mirthe. Now we'd like to choose a baptismal name that honors both (future) grandmas.

My mom is called Geertken Gretha, and my husband's mom is Adriana Anita.

They're tricky names to combine, and we really can't figure it out! Any suggestions are welcome. We're even open to a different nickname. Thanks so much if you'd like to help us puzzle this out!

Love,

    Diana

    Diandra
    Nikki
    Nica
    Anna
Gianna (I think this one is the best because it combines the two names)
    It's indeed difficult....

    Gerda?
    Aden?
    That's all I've got :-)

    Mirthe Adriana Geertken

That's probably how I would have done it, just 2 baptismal names, sounds nice that way I think.

Do you want one or more baptismal names? I think the suggestion from Anoniem above is really nice.
You can also look for derived names. Anita, for example, is derived from Ana. This used to happen a lot in the past, e.g., baptismal name Cornelis if grandpa had the name Cor or Kees.

Super thanks for thinking along! I also think it's nice to write both names out fully. We'll also take a look at the variations.
