Tummy pain during pregnancy

I'm pregnant, I think about 4-5 weeks now. And I'm having stomach pain. I have my first ultrasound next week. It feels exactly like I'm about to get my period. I also read that this can lead to a miscarriage. Now I'm worried.

It's okay if you don't, but it's not a must. Your ligaments and uterus are also stretching, and that can be painful too. You don't have to wait and see anymore. As long as you're not losing large amounts of blood, you can assume everything is fine. Good luck with your ultrasound later on, hopefully it looks good and you can feel more at ease then.
