Personally, I don't really like Bindi, Lummi, Maila, and Tessel. They don't feel like proper names to me, more like something cobbled together.

Bruun, Govert, Guus, Ivar, and Wessel are definitely not my thing either (same comment as with the girl names!).

Maia, I think it's the cutest name from your list. I find this name really sweet and warm.
Lilou, I also think it's a really nice name. I picture a bit of a stubborn girl.
Bindi is also nice. It comes across as cheerful/upbeat!
Anna, I find it okay but (as mentioned before) average... I wouldn't choose it myself..
Lummi and Malin are also nice, but no "wow" feeling.
Juno, Veerle, Tessel and Zoë, they're not really my taste

Quinten I think is the most beautiful name from your list of boys' names. It comes across a bit more classic.

Govert is also a super nice name!

Tommy and Ivar are also nice! They come across as friendly.
