Pregnant with a boy and we were almost sure it was going to be Kenzo, but now the neighbor's dog is called that. Do you have any other suggestions? Something in a similar style.

Oh, I wouldn't change the name just because a dog has it. At first, neighbors might associate it with a dog, but that will gradually become associated with your child. Who knows, those neighbors might move away or that beast could pass away within a few years. If the name feels right for you, I'd go for it. Of course, you'll occasionally have the dog answering when called, and your child responding ????

Hahahaha that reminds me of my little brother. His name is Olaf and I once met a girl with a nickname who was also called Olaf.

LOL I know several dogs that have the same name as my daughter (Saar), from a dachshund of my colleague to a Boxer friend of my own dog...
I wouldn't worry too much about it and go for the name you both like! I don't think people will quickly make the connection with the dog or find it weird.

Indeed! It's nice for Kenzo to go. It's much more fun for a child than for a dog.

Enzo? It sounds very similar, but it's still a different name.
Well, if it's really your chosen name, I wouldn't let that hold you back. Neighbors move away and dogs (unfortunately) don't live forever. And Kenzo is lovely, by the way!

In your case, I'd also just go with Kenzo and not change it. Another option... maybe Renzo.
