Overdue test negative

Hi, maybe someone can help me. I'm already 8 days overdue. I've taken 2 tests during that time, but both were negative. Last night I woke up with severe period-like pain, but no bleeding, so I'm not on my period. I'm also having tender/sore nipples. Could I be pregnant, or should I just wait for my period to start?

    @Izawel, I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you might be pregnant. To be sure, I'd suggest talking to your doctor. They can do a blood test to confirm. Also, given the severe menstrual-like pain, I'm sorry to say it might be a miscarriage. I don't mean it offensively, but this is a possibility you should consider. I hope you're among the pregnant ladies, but keep the other side in mind too.
