Noah for a boy or a girl

Hi! I think Noah is super cute for a girl—just that tough yet feminine vibe. I picture a beautiful young woman with that name. But I also like Noah for a boy. I’m currently pregnant with a boy and a girl. One of them will definitely be named Noah. What do you guys think about Noah for a boy or for a girl?

As far as I know, Noah is the spelling for a boy and Noa for a girl. Lovely name!

I also know Noah as a boy's name and Noa as a girl's name. But no matter how you spell it, I think it sounds nicer for a girl. I guess it's because of the 'a' at the end. But for a boy, I think it's okay too.

Yeah, most people say Noa is for a girl and Noah for a boy. But I find Noa doesn’t look as nice for a girl in a different way, while Noah does. And I think Noa is nice for a boy, but I also like Noah for a boy.

I think Noa/Noah, however you spell it, feels more like a girl's name. It's because the pronunciation ends in an 'a', and I don't think that suits boys. I know that ending in 'h' is for boys, but as I said, I don't see it as a boy's name, but it's nice for a girl. Nowadays, if you give your child a simple name, people still ask how you spell it, because so many people seem to "customize" standard names. So if you think Noah is beautiful for a girl, I'd just go for it. Besides, a teacher's daughter at my school is also called Noah instead of Noa, because they thought it looked nicer, so she definitely won't be the only one

I'd say for a girl, but without the H. Noa

I think: Noah for a boy, Noa for a girl. I like the name best for a girl. But if you'd like to keep the h, I'd go with it for the boy!

I'd choose Noa for a girl.
    That's my name too & I'm a girl too.

I think it's more of a girl's name, but with an H it's definitely a boy's name. All the Noa's I know are girls, and all the Noah's are boys.

    Agree with the above:
    Noa for a girl
    Noah for a boy

Just heard on the radio: Noah is the number 1 most given boys' name of 2019. (For girls it was Emma, but that's beside the point)

    Boy's name

Lovely, a twin! I'm a twin mom too

I think either works for both... but I'd go with Noah for the boy

    Noah for a boy
    Noa for a girl.
Honestly, I find it more of a girl's name

Noah was according to the books a man

I think the name Noa(h) feels more like a girl's name. For a boy, it sounds too sweet.
As soon as a name can be used for both genders, I actually find it more like a girl's name. For a boy, I'd really go for a tough name.
