    Mila, didn't you test?
  2. C81 Guest #22

Hi! Oh Mila, how long does it take before you get some clarity, girl! Funny that you bring it up because I suddenly have period-like twinges on the left. I'll have to try tempting my boyfriend again hahaha. When are you going to test again, Mila? Has Marc calmed down a bit yet?
  3. Marc #23

Hi C81! Yeah, it's starting to come together now, haha! What's your story?
  4. C81 Guest #24

I'm 35 and have 2 kids from a previous marriage. Now I've been together with my new boyfriend for 5 years, and we'd really like to have a baby together. He doesn't have any kids yet. He's already had some tests, and everything was completely fine. I'm just scared that I might be too old. With my ex, I was pregnant 6 times in total. But that was 10 years ago. His sperm were of better quality than my current boyfriend's. My only issue is my age, according to my GP.
  5. Marc #25

Come on, at 35 you're really not too old, girl! It might take 3-4 months longer than it did 10 years ago, when you probably just had to think about it and it happened...
  6. C81 Guest #26

Yes indeed, Marc, but you never know what's going on in your body. Besides, my mom was completely done with menopause at 45. That's why I'm afraid of going through it too early.
  7. C81 Guest #27

Good morning, Mila, how are you, girl? Any clarity yet? Is Marc doing okay? I'm still having watery discharge and a low temperature here. I really don't understand it at all. I was expecting a fever after last night.

    Good morning!
No, I'm still not on my period. I do feel a bit of something, but I've had that off and on since Saturday.. Yesterday I used two different tests, both negative. Today I'm not going to test, I'm out of tests. I'll just wait and see. Never thought I'd say this, because in other months I'd start testing four days before my expected period. I just feel like I'm not pregnant. I can only hope and wait now.
C81, I don't track my temperature so I don't really know about that. I do know from myself that I can clearly feel my ovulation (not every month) and I know how annoying it is when you just don't know when it already happened! One advantage is that you'll fly through the days this week because you have no clarity.
  9. Marc #29

Hi C(arolien? )! Good news, she's doing well, the bleeding has stopped and she feels fine. So basically I'm not much use here anymore, haha! I'm no expert on discharge, but my friend's discharge was different in the days leading up to this month (I'll spare you the details, sorry!) - maybe that's a sign or something?

Mila, it's super fascinating that you're so sure it's not a hit. Why do you think that?
  10. Mila started this #30

    Hi Marc!
Did your wife have the bleeding after the positive test or before? That would be quite a shock, right!
  11. Marc #31

Hi Mila! She had bleeding two days before her period was due (right?) and thought it was nothing again. But it didn't continue, and on Friday she had a beautiful test in hand! Super cool! I came here because she also lost some blood over the weekend and was worried about it. But luckily it was a one-time thing and after sex. Probably we were just too happy!

    How are you doing?
  12. C81 Guest #32

Hi! Marc, that was a surprise then! Nice though! When did she get counted? I think it's pretty brave of you to sign up for a forum like this for your wife! Hats off! I'd probably wait too, now, Mila. Maybe test again in a few days if you're not on your period yet. I have an appointment with the GP tomorrow. Partly because I've been so irregular this month and it was really painful. Still have that discharge and my egg came very late. Hopefully she'll refer me somewhere so I'll know exactly where I stand.
  13. Marc #33

Hi C! She's due on 7/8! Yeah, signing up was pretty practical! Gotta say, as a guy, I'm amazed at what women type! I didn't know what "nod" meant, so I checked out the forum back in December; bizarre! Like what exactly they feel when they're supposed to get their period, what they find in their panties, hahaha talk about open communication! But anyway, since we're on the topic; will that be a sign for Hou too because my wife had it too and not really?
  14. Mila started this #34

Just a quick update; I'm really nervous! No period yet..
C81, do you already have a fever? That's nerve-wracking too!

Marc, yeah, all those discharges and that kind of unpleasantness—it's indeed an open book! Haha, I had to laugh for a bit, it cheered me up a little!
  15. Marc #35

Glad I made you laugh! Why are you tense?

P.S.: And how is your discharge?
  16. Mila started this #36

hahahahaha no idea, I don't dare to look at it. I just hope I don't see any blood today! Preferably not at all, but if so, then tomorrow.
  17. Mila started this #37

C81, lots of luck tomorrow with the midwife! I hope you'll come away with a clearer picture! And how things stand with your temperature then.
    I'll be rooting for you.
  18. Mila started this #38

Unfortunately, I just got my period. I find it really, really unpleasant. I'm incredibly disappointed, even though I expected it.. Somewhere in my heart, I hoped I'd be one of those people who tests positive late.
    On to round 7.
  19. C81 Guest #39

Thank you so much, Mila! The discharge is less now and has made room for sensitive nipples and menstrual pain. Did you ovulate? I'll see tomorrow based on my temperature. I hope you get clarity soon because I can imagine this is making you quite anxious.
  20. Marc #40

So sad, Mila! My girl was also super upset about her period every month! But it happened fast enough! New plan of action for the next round?
