Getting pregnant after having an IUD removed

Hi,
My IUD was removed on November 1st. After a few days, I thought my period had already started, but it only lasted for one day.
Now, a month later, I still haven't gotten my period. I do have a lot of physical symptoms, emotional outbursts, and I don't feel like myself. How long did it take for your periods to start after having your IUD removed? The waiting is so frustrating..

Hi! I had a little bit of bleeding for about 2 days after having the IUD removed. About a month later, I got my period. But I hear it's different for everyone.

After at least a week of bleeding, it started up again for me after about 6 weeks...

Hi! I had heavy bleeding for over a week after having my IUD removed after just 2 days. I rested for a week, and then my period started! Two months after having my IUD removed, I got pregnant.

I had my IUD removed on December 2, 2016. I had some bleeding for two days after the removal. Since then, nothing. I'm also really curious when I'll get my period for the first time again.

Thank you for your replies.. I've had my first period now, 6 weeks after having the IUD removed. So it's really exciting now!!

    Nice for you, Moi31!

I got my period on Christmas Eve. So about 3 weeks after having my IUD removed.
    Good luck with getting pregnant!

Dec 2: had my IUD removed. Dec 19: got my period. Now, a week past ovulation, I feel super pregnant and can't wait to test on Monday! :-) I've gotten pregnant quickly twice before, so I know how it feels. I think it'll be a hit this time too (or maybe I'm just getting myself all worked up, which is also possible, hihi). So it's true what they say, you're fertile right away. Maybe you should test already to see if you're already pregnant, that's totally possible...
