I'm expecting a girl, but my husband and I can't agree on a name. We've settled on Ayla, but he doesn't really like it. Any other ideas?

    It's hard to just name a few names. Why do you like Ayla? Is there a specific reason, like needing an 'a' in the name, starting with 'a', or wanting a short name?

    It doesn't matter how long the name is; we just love a bit of unusual names. Preferably, the name shouldn't start with a P or W because of our own names.

    You can also spell Ayla as Isla.
    Or what do you think of Isa, Ciska, Beau, Jill.

    I also find it hard to just throw out names. Still, here’s a shot at some names that sound like Ayla:
    Soraya, Maya, Aylin, Leila, Ella, or Lila
