Hi! My partner and I have been trying for our first baby since April. My last period was on October 22nd, and on the 7th and 8th I had a positive ovulation test. My cycle has always been 28 days, except this month. On November 18th I had some bleeding with bright red blood, which stopped after just one panty liner. I took a test that evening and it was negative. Could that have been implantation bleeding, meaning I should wait a bit longer to test again? I don’t have any period symptoms yet, just a bloated and gurgly tummy, and sometimes feel a little nauseous. According to an online calculator, I’m due to start my period tomorrow. Can anyone help me??

Hi! I used to always have a 28-day cycle too, but last month I was late without being pregnant. They say getting stressed can also make your period miss. And otherwise, you can test again first thing tomorrow morning. It's also possible that your hCG levels weren't high enough to read yet.
