Second temp. rise after ovulation?!

Hi ladies, I have a question and I'm curious about your experiences. We're now in week 18 of our first pregnancy. We had a miscarriage at week 14 (6 weeks). Such a sadness... I've been tracking my temperature for 2 months now, and this morning I suddenly had a 2nd rise on my temp chart! I took my temperature at the same time as usual. Can you see my chart in my profile? I'm curious about other ladies' experiences. I've read online that it could be implantation. I'm also at 8dpo so it's possible. Looking forward to your replies!
