A cigarette and fertility

Hi,
I have a question on behalf of a friend of mine. I quit smoking a few months ago because I want to have a baby. Ni, a friend of mine, also really wants to quit. She just bought an e-cigarette with a little bit of nicotine. Now she's wondering what effect this has on fertility. Does anyone know more about this? It's about the e-cigarette from Dean.

Love, xx

No one??? She’d really love to hear advice or experiences from others, of course.. She’s been smoking for a very long time, so quitting seems super hard to her

I'm convinced she could do better... Not that I have experience with it, but an e-cigarette is just as harmful, if not more so.
I understand it's hard, but the goal should still be to motivate... Good luck to your girlfriend!

I myself, as a heavy smoker, also switched to 'vaping'. It's totally not true that it's just as bad or worse than a regular cigarette. You don't get all the harmful substances that are burned when smoking a normal cigarette (a few thousand) because nothing is burned. In my case, it's just nicotine (which isn't healthy either). So, huge health benefits, and I notice that in everything. What it does to fertility isn't really known, but nicotine isn't good for fertility.
