Help!!! Still having name stress...

Hi everyone,
I previously posted a couple of messages about our baby name hunt. We initially thought of Xanthe as a nickname, but now we're leaning more towards Liv. However, I find it hard to let go of the name Xanthe, and since we want two names for our girl, the combination Xanthe Liv would be fantastic, except that her initials would then be XL. My husband doesn't see this as a big issue, but I keep imagining all sorts of doomsday scenarios where she ends up with obesity or a large cup size when she's older and still has the initials XL.... What do you all think? I really don't want to have three names and flip the order around - Liv Xanthe - it just doesn't feel right to me. Despite all the suggestions for name combinations with Liv, I've never felt as good about any as I do with Xanthe Liv. Who has the perfect solution to this dilemma?
