Does anyone else here also experience heart palpitations?
I mainly notice this after eating in the afternoon and evening!
Or sometimes when I take big gulps of water!
Should I be worried about this, or is it completely normal?

Hi Karen, it's quite common actually. I had it for a few weeks too. According to my GP, it couldn't do any harm, but if you don't feel comfortable with it, I'd suggest going to see a doctor anyway.
