Pregnancy tests, ovulation and ovulation tests

Hi everyone,
A quick question;
I used a Mat Care Ultra pregnancy test 8 days after 8 days late, and this test gave a positive result.
Today I did a Kruidvat test (2 for 5 euros) and it gave a negative result.
So I don't really understand anymore.
Should I assume that I'm not pregnant? And who has had this experience too?

Hi, I’ve had this happen twice!! No pregnancy, nothing! I even had my little sister pee on it—she’s never been pregnant—and she got the same line. Very weird. This was with the test that says it can be used 6 days before your period! -

I used a mat care test that you can use 4 days before your period.
So does it give a false positive result?
Others write that it really stayed white when not pregnant.
Has anyone else had the same experience?
