Hi everyone!
I was lying in bed this morning rubbing my belly and it felt like my belly was moving back and forth just below my belly button. It looked really weird, hehe, almost like popping or something. Could that maybe be the baby's heartbeat or something? Or am I just imagining it? Has anyone else experienced this before? I'm really curious

    Hi Femke,
I think that’s probably not the heart but the legs or arms :-) What a lovely feeling!

Hey Anke, thanks for your quick reply!
Yeah, I really got so happy right away hihi, I just didn't feel it, only saw it go up and down. Have you experienced that too? By the way, this is the first time it looked like this, I'm now 16 weeks.

Hi, you're quick, huh! With me, it was only a few weeks later. At some point, you really see your whole belly move around like a sort of jelly (sorry for the comparison hahaha).

    Hi hi,

I didn't feel the first movements until 23 weeks. That'll surely not take as long for you since you can already see your belly move. Lovely, right!

I'm now 30 weeks and occasionally see my belly pop up when the little one kicks. It's so nice to feel that tiny one.
    Enjoy it!

    Hi Femke,

At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was completely wiped out for the first 3 months... tired, nauseous, and lacking energy.
Now I feel really good. I want to do so much for the little one once they're here, but I'm only allowed to lift very little. And when I start working comfortably in the garden, I feel it in my back after 5 minutes - forced break . Luckily, I have a partner who really seems to understand this.

I feel the little one every day. Over the last 2 weeks, it feels like occasional rumbling in the belly - really fun .
My colleagues told me that kicking against the ribs and such is much less pleasant, but I haven't had to experience that at all yet. So far, no kicks against the ribs. Of course, I still have about 10 weeks to go.

Just a little while longer and you'll feel your little one - looking forward to that moment

Hey everyone! I'm almost 16 weeks now and I'm feeling little flutters more and more!! Super awesome! I think it helps that this is my second one, that I know what to expect!
I still remember from my first pregnancy that towards the end my whole belly would go up and down when my daughter moved! You could see her bottom kind of sliding from left to right hahahaha Can't wait until it gets like that again, but that's still a few months away hahaha
    Wishing everyone a lovely pregnancy!
@Tineke: Nice, having such an understanding partner! I was also feeling so rough at the beginning! And he did everything for me!! Wonderful!!
