Menstrual pain or not?

I have a question. Next Saturday is my due date. Since Saturday, I've had very sensitive/sore nipples, and since Monday, I've had lower abdominal pain that feels like mild period cramps. Last month, I also had those period-like pains, and it turned out to be my period. But now that I'm also having nipple discomfort, I'm not sure.
Have you guys experienced this before?
