Mucus with blood streaks

Hey!
I was so happy just now at 13dpo with a lot of mucus and a blood streak, totally new symptom for me. Been trying for a miracle for 2 years now. And I finally had a bit of hope again. But then I went to the bathroom again and had just a tiny bit of pink when wiping. And I usually get that too when my period is due. So my question is, does anyone have experience with this?
I just hope so much that it's a hit. I want it so badly.
