Quick progesterone question

Hi!
As the title already hints, I have a question about progesterone levels.
(Briefly; I have PCOS, had a miscarriage 2 months ago, and this month I’m luckily having a good response to Clomid. I already had a nice egg of 20mm on day 12!)
Now I was supposed to have my progesterone level measured on day 19. Today I called for the result and it was 61..! Does anyone know what that means..? Is that a good sign? Or can you not make anything out of it..?

Dear Mrs. S, unfortunately, you can't tell anything from your progesterone levels...
Because mine was over 100 and they said that was good, and I asked if you could also see if I was pregnant, but they (the gynecologists) said you can't read anything from it...

Good to know that you can't read anything from it, except during ovulation
