I was wondering if it’s still worth it to start taking wheat germ oil three days after my ovulation?

    Hi Nannie, yes, I'm super curious! So I've started drinking a spoonful of liquid wheat germ oil with milk every day.. It's a bit of a weird taste but I hope it works! I still have to wait a week until next Saturday, then it's my due date.

    I’m taking it for the first time this round too, and every day I take 1 tablespoon followed by a sip of water.
