Hi! I just tried an Action pregnancy test and got a thick line in the control window and almost a thick one in the T area. Does this mean I’m pregnant, or could it be wrong?

Oh, I really want to stop by the doctor for a double check. I'm a bit shocked, didn't expect it, so I'm not really sure whether to believe it or not that I'm pregnant. -
