Wheat germ oil

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum. My name is Zara, I'm 25 weeks pregnant. I keep feeling like my egg might have been fertilized because of the twinges and stabs in my lower abdomen. Implantation probably isn't going as it should. Can I take wheat germ oil then? I do have a lot of blood during my period along with some thicker clots. I read in earlier posts that this means your uterus is thicker than average? Who can help me?

    If you're trying to get pregnant, your body can sometimes play tricks on you, making you think you're always pregnant. For questions like this, I'd recommend seeing your GP—they know more about these kinds of things. Keep in mind that, on average, it can take up to a year to get pregnant even with unprotected sex. So four months isn't really that long, even though it probably feels like it to you.
