how to calculate cycle

In early September, I started tracking my temperature for the first time. It was 36.9°C every morning. On September 11th, my temperature dropped by 0.2 degrees to 36.7°C, and I only lost a few drops of blood. The same thing happened on the 12th and 13th: a few drops of bleeding and a temperature of 36.7°C.

On the 14th, my temperature dropped further to 36.4°C, and from then on, the bleeding really started. Yesterday (the 18th) was the last day of my period. Now I'm wondering, what was the actual first day of my period? I'd really like to know because I can only accurately calculate my ovulation based on that. Can anyone help me?

Hi, I’d keep September 11th. Because that’s when you started bleeding.
