Growth spurt

Hi there,
My little boy is turning 11 weeks old on Tuesday...
Since yesterday, he starts screaming an hour before his feeds and is inconsolable.
Now I personally think he's going through a growth spurt..
Before, he slept 5 hours at night and now only 3 hours.
I read that with breastfeeding you can offer the breast on demand, but how does this work with bottle feeding?
And how long does such a growth spurt usually last?
Anyone have experience with this?

Sounds like a little leap, indeed. I breastfed myself, so I basically kept him on me as much as possible. Maybe you could divide the bottle feeds into smaller portions? Just saying, I don't know how bottle feeding works exactly.
