Hi everyone,
I’m a 30-year-old from Limburg, married for 2 years, and after 1 year with the Jaydess IUD, we’re finally trying for a little one.
My IUD was removed by the gynecologist on 29-08-2016, and the ultrasound clearly showed a mature egg.
The first few days after that, I had some pinkish spotting and sore breasts. From 04-09-2016 onwards, I’ve had painful, nagging twinges in my left groin, which lasted for 2 days.
I was intimate with my husband on 26-08-2016, as well as on 03-09 and 04-09-2016.
Now I’m completely exhausted, no energy at all.. again with the sore breasts, feeling unsatisfied after lunch, bloated, hot flashes..
I don’t know what to make of it, what are your experiences with this?

If you're not menstruating, I'd suggest getting a test soon. But I'd wait a little while before testing. If a mature egg was released and it got fertilized, you'd normally start menstruating about 14 days after ovulation. Add a few more days to allow enough hormones to build up in case of fertilization, and you could test as early as around 16 days. However, keep in mind that your symptoms could also be caused by things other than pregnancy. -

Understood, round 3 of trying.. Overmorrow normally our ovulation! And then wait.. it can't go fast enough, we're looking forward to it so much!
