    I'm Muslim myself, I don't fast, 18 hours without eating, maybe you have enough reserves in the first week for the baby, but after that you'll really need to eat at least 3 times a day to provide your baby with nutrients to grow, but also for the development of his organs.

    I put everything on the line for the baby, I don't even take paracetamol for headaches. But well, everyone lives and thinks in their own way.

    Hi Aicha, how are you? I can send you this, but can you send yours too because I don't know how to send it to you personally.

    @Tammie,

    If you want to say something private, Tammie, then click on the envelope next to the heart. If you click on the heart, you can become friends with someone.

    Hi everyone,

    I'm also struggling because I've been having quite a bit of dizziness. I'm at 26 weeks now. But according to the midwife, it can't do any harm. Your baby takes all the necessary nutrients from the food you eat in the morning and evening. That's what my midwife told me.

    You do need to keep eating a varied diet and drink plenty when you are allowed to eat.
