I went to the gynecologist on Friday and my hCG levels had risen to 22.
Could this mean I'm pregnant?
My nipples are also pointed and I have an iron taste in my mouth, plus lower back pain.
I'm also 2 days late.

If there's hCG in your blood, you're pregnant. Otherwise, your body doesn't produce this hormone

Did the gynecologist not say that you're pregnant? Normally they should tell you that when you're producing hCG!
