    There are 5,604 Tijns and 1,667 Thijns in the Netherlands (according to the forenames database). I’d personally go for Tijn, partly because it’s the most common spelling, which means people are more likely to spell it correctly by default.

    The name isn't really my taste, but I'd spell it Thijn. I know the name Thijs and like it, and if I didn't know how to spell it, I'd write T(h)ijn that way too.
