    Hey there..

    I had that too. I was told that your body needs to get things moving on its own again and that it can take a while.. I did a body cleanse because of that, and ended up having a miscarriage. Maybe that's something for you too?

    That you eat according to a specific diet for nine days, the first two days you live on shakes and then slowly build up your food again. Just Google C9 cleaning.
