Loes?

Hi!
What do you think of the name Loes? It’s very Dutch, of course, but I’m curious about other associations. Also, there are quite a few rhymes with Loes, which we’re aware of. But we feel kids will always find something to tease each other about anyway. So we don’t think that’s a big issue. Our little one will have two older brothers: Willem and Bram. Do they fit together? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Love, Laura

I think Loes is such a lovely name, very Dutch,
and it fits so nicely with Willem and Bram!

I think it's a regular name, I don't associate anything special with it. But I do often picture an older woman rather than a child.
But that doesn't matter either, because your child will grow up, of course.
It's a common name that works well.

Thank you so much! We're convinced!
Just a little more patience and then our little Loes will be born.

I don't think it's a beautiful name, a bit boring or something.. But that's also because I know a person with that name and I don't like them haha.

My aunt is called Uncle Loes. I also think of an adult, not a baby. But as was said earlier, the child will eventually become an adult.

Marloes as the official name and Loes when she's older?
