Hi ladies,

I have a question and I hope you can help me. I’m hoping for some replies from you all, and maybe there are some ladies who’ve had the same thing and can relate.

I had some bleeding on July 14th, 15th, and 16th. It was light red blood, no clots, and not too heavy. Along with that, I had intense cramps that came and went. On July 17th, it suddenly stopped. On July 23rd, I lost some brownish blood, which was gone the next day. I don’t really understand what that was.

I’ve had sore, swollen breasts for a few days now, and they’re definitely bigger too. I took a test on July 26th, but it was negative.

    If your period started on July 14th, you'd ovulate around July 27th/28th, so yesterday or today. That's why your test was probably negative on the 26th. You can take another test in about 2 weeks. I don't know exactly what happened on July 23rd, but brown discharge is often old blood. Maybe a small blood vessel burst during sex? That's possible too.

    My period isn't supposed to start until August 3rd.
    That's why I don't understand this bleeding, or those weird cramps.
    I really have pain in my groin and lower abdomen right now.

    I should mention that I have an irregular cycle.
    Maybe I ovulated on July 7th, I don't really feel it clearly.
