Hi!

I'd love to hear your opinion on the name Esmay. I've been in love with it from the start!
We want to spell it this way because we want it to be pronounced that way. So not: Esmee

    Given the spelling, I'd pronounce it as Esmee, but you don't want that. You mean the pronunciation es-maj?

    If you're in love with it: go for it!
    There's a good chance you'll have to improve it, but important people will remember it.

    I wouldn't have chosen it for my girls myself, but it does sound lovely for a girl.
    And if you want to spell it like that, that's fine too.

    Pronounced as esmaj, I honestly don't find it beautiful. But pronounced as esmee, yes.
