We're struggling to decide; we're having a girl in September and really can't make up our minds about the name. We'd like something sweet but also strong. Can you help us?

Honestly, I don't think the names from your list are tough enough.
If that's what you're going for.
But for tough girl names, I think Kris or Kristie.

I also find them more sweet than tough names. I like Lucy (with a y) the best. -

What I'm thinking now: if you pick one of these names and shorten it in practice, it feels a bit cooler.
So:
Lucie - Luus
Fiene - Fien
Lise - Lies -

I think all three sound really sweet. The one I find a bit tough is Fiene! Lise could also work (but there was a tough Lise in my class ; ) )
Lucy is just sweet, there's no tough vibe in my opinion. But maybe for someone else, of course.
