Help! I feel nauseous from vegetables.

I'm about 7 or 8 weeks pregnant.

I haven't eaten many vegetables in the last 2 weeks. The smell and taste make me feel really nauseous. I sometimes can't keep it down. I feel really bad about that..

The only thing I can keep down is bread and rusks.

Has anyone had the same experience?

Well, unfortunately, that can happen. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Usually, you're not so nauseous anymore in the second trimester and can eat more again.
I was also very nauseous during this pregnancy and couldn't eat at all. I basically didn't eat anything for a week except for some fries (it turned out I could eat those without getting nauseous).
If you really can't keep anything down, you could consider going to your GP. I eventually got medication that helped me eat a bit again.
Now it's better and I can eat a lot more. (Well, there are still things that make me nauseous again, but that should go away after the birth.)

I still remember exactly how that went during my pregnancy, haha. I couldn’t keep anything down in the first 3 months either. Tip: try to avoid things with strong smells, like cauliflower. Peas worked really well for me, but I couldn’t handle potatoes at all. I’d sprinkle some herb butter on them because that helped. Wishing you lots of success!
