Hi,
Personally I think Jazz is more beautiful (I had that name in mind first too). I think it looks cooler when you write it than Jess.
And I think Dae is also more beautiful; you don't see that one so often. -

I think Jess looks much prettier. When I hear Jazz, I immediately think of the music genre.
Dae looks better to me; Day is just English for day.
