Pregnant or not?

Hi,
I just had a question ...
My partner and I have decided to go for our first baby. So I stopped taking the pill on May 15th, and I still got my period from May 20th to 24th. Now it's June 23rd and I haven't gotten my period yet. I don't know if my cycle is the same as it was when I was on the pill, but normally I should have gotten it by now? I did a test the night before last, and it was negative. Did I test too early? Or should I just wait a bit longer for my period, or get a new test or a blood test at the doctor's? Best, x
