Are these pregnancy symptoms or not?

Hi ladies,
I already have a 10-month-old, but for the past two days I've been feeling really nauseous, with a weird gurgly feeling in my stomach, a mild headache, and I'm incredibly tired!! I took a test yesterday but it was negative. I'm due for my period next week.
I do have a very irregular cycle though. I got my period on March 9th and then again on May 10th, so there was a two-month gap. If my cycle is accurate this time, I should be getting my period next week. Earlier this week, on Tuesday and Wednesday, I did have a little bit of light pink spotting, but it wasn't much. Do you think these could be pregnancy symptoms, or do you not think so?
