I stopped the pill 2 months ago.
Had a regular period in the first month. But in my 2nd month I've been having regular brown discharge and also stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen (my ovaries?) I thought maybe I'm pregnant? Took a pregnancy test but it was negative. Where does that stabbing pain come from?

If you're unsure about it, it's best to reach out to your GP for a chat. It might be related to stopping the pill, but there could be something else going on. Your GP can help clarify things.
