I took another test today and I can also see the line. I've had a week of sharp headaches, and I can see that there are more milk glands on my nipples. I can press so hard that it comes out

That's all there is to it, but I don't feel well these days. I've also been having cramps in my uterus. -

Have you repeated the test by now? There's a good chance that your hCG levels were still a bit low, causing the test to show a faint line.
It's always a bit tricky to judge from a photo anyway. -
