no period after curettage

Hi there,
I had a D&C at the end of January and got my period four weeks later. Since then, I haven’t had another period. It’s almost 12 weeks now, and I occasionally get cramps in my lower abdomen along with some very light spotting when I wipe—not enough for a tampon, though. Last week, I’ve been feeling really nauseous every morning.
Has anyone here experienced something similar?

Yes, I've done it a few times already, but all negative...
I have an appointment on Friday at the hospital, and hopefully, they'll do an ultrasound.
I find it really nerve-wracking.
