Mick, not very common, but cool and down-to-earth.
R.i.v is an abbreviation, just Google it.
And Flynn reminds me of the Flynn Stones. -

Very nice, that abbreviation wouldn't bother me personally...
I don't think Mick is beautiful, I immediately think of the verb
Flynn sounds tough, but I know a girl who has that name. -
