    We don't want to know the gender.
    With the first one, we didn't know either, and we found it so special to find out at birth that we want to do that again now, no matter how curious we are.

    The ultrasound technician looked between the legs at 14+5 weeks but didn't see anything. I'm curious if I can go by that!

    Me too! My gut feeling says it's a boy again, but honestly, everyone around me, including my son, thinks it's going to be a girl.

    We had already considered Lana during our previous pregnancy, but since then so many girls in our friends' and family circles have been born with names that sound very similar to it that I don't really find it special anymore.
    Jake and Jill sound really nice together.
    But Amy is another name we haven't heard in our village, and we'd like a short English name.

    Boy names are even harder to find. We'd like them to be English and not too long.
    Kaj is tough, and it's the first 3 letters of Jake reversed (which is a nice detail). But won't everyone just call him Kei?
    And Tyler is also nice, but it's very English. I don't know if the name fits us.

    Names are tricky anyway.
    We love short Dutch names. With my son, we knew right away. This time we’ve got a name for a girl but not yet for a boy. Tough!
